How do i wash my volleyball knee pads? - asics knee pads
Can I link to a picture of my knee. The brand is Asics, and they are white .... almost the same as the picture. They have gel in them. How can you wash? hot or cold water? Do not think this should go into the hair ..... lol

I had two pairs of these 3 years. I wash in the washing machine with cold water and let it dry in the air. I play in 4 tournaments during the course of several days and only wash when I get home (after driving each pair of 2 days). I also play at many tournaments in the league and wash normally every time she uses the other.
It keeps well and good to have clean equipment. :)
