I joined a fitness club that the teaching has boxing. I want to go, but I need my own boxing gloves. I have other things that I buy only 3 sizes of 12 ounces, 14 ounces and 16 ounces come How do you choose? I'm 5'7 @ 155 pounds, if that helps.
