If you have an HD camcorder and want the professional look, as the drama of films from Hong Kong or something, that the filter lens to buy or use it.
Now some people say that the camera is what is most important, but I'm not much a budget for a good video camera. Let's say my camera is about $ 800 and HD, now I want the professional look to it.

I agree with Iridflar, but you can try to improve a skylight filter to color. But the camera is unable to handle correctly the video.
Trial and error really.
There are no filters that will be a picture of "professionals"! Sorry if this makes sense condescending, but the mark of a professional the opportunity within the household and technical work and produce something that is worth a detour.
Use a tripod, lights and do whatever they can to improve the sound - perhaps an external microphone or a recorder country.
