Daifukumochi (大福饼) is Japanese. Anko is usually filled with red bean paste made from sweetened azuki beans.

1 cup glutinous rice flour
1 / 2 tsp. Green tea powder (for cooking)
180 ml of water
Sugar 1 / 4 cup

Red bean paste filling
Cornstarch for dusting

1. In a mixing bowl, flour, green tea and water. Stir the mixture well. Then add sugar, stir until the sugar is dissolved.

2. Cover with plastic wrap and cook for 2 minutes. Remove and stir well. Return to microwave for 30 seconds. Stir well and test firing. If not delivered for another 30 seconds, not burn.

3. Flour the work surface with cornstarch and use a spoon to make a ball of mochi on top and cover quickly with strength. They are divided into 8 or 10 pieces. Wrap the filling inside and cover with cornstarch. Form balls of it and serve.

Some people cook the mochi in the oven and turned the red bean paste in a small triangle.
